PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor sheet excellent in flame resistance and durability of a design layer.SOLUTION: A floor sheet of the present invention comprises a base layer laid on a floor surface and including resin or rubber as a matrix, a design layer laminated on at least a part of one surface side of this base layer, a transparent protective layer laminated on the design layer side of a laminate including the base layer and the design layer and an adhesive layer laminated between the base layer and the design layer, and the protective layer is mainly composed of polyvinyl chloride. The base layer preferably includes the rubber as the matrix. 40 μm-150 μm is desirable as an average thickness of the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is preferably formed of a hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive is preferably mainly composed of polyester, polyamide, an ethylene acetic acid vinyl copolymer or a combination of these. The floor sheet is preferably laid on the floor surface of a railway vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
