An uneven pattern 8 for improving the drainage is formed on a surface of the floor sheet 7 of the washing place. Flowing water flowing through a fine groove-shaped flow passage 11 being a recessed part of the uneven pattern 8, improves the drainage by guiding a water droplet existing on a surface of a projecting part in the flow passage 11. In the floor sheet 7 of the washing place, a notch piece 13 is imparted by forming a notch 12 in response to a drain port 3. By suspending and sticking this notch piece 13 along a side wall surface 6 of the drain port 3 from a surface of the lowest position 5 of the floor of the washing place, water flowing through the flow passage 11 forming the uneven pattern 8 of the floor sheet 7 of the washing place, flows to the drain port 3 through the flow passage 11 formed of the uneven pattern 8 formed in the notch piece 13 without staying.
