To provide a floor spacer for a vehicle, a method for manufacturing a floor spacer for a vehicle, and a skin material for a floor spacer for a vehicle, which can further improve productivity while highly maintaining should insulating property.SOLUTION: A floor spacer 10 for a vehicle includes a skin material 20 having a skin layer 21, a thermoplastic resin layer 22 laminated on the back face of the skin layer 21, and a back face layer 23 laminated on the back face of the thermoplastic resin layer 22, and a foamable synthetic resin 30 laminated on the back face layer 23 of the skin material 20.
