Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the floor structure of a clean room for adjusting an aperture even if piping or the like is inserted and arranged, and a plate member for composing the floor structure.
SOLUTION: A grating floor 18 of the clean room 12 is composed by laminating plate members 44 and 44 on a frame 42 in two stages. The plate member 44 is formed in a square shape, and at the same time is provided with a plurality of openings 46, 46, etc. The opening 46 is formed in dimensions where distance A from a right end 45A of the plate member 44, and distance B from a left end 45B of the plate member 44 are equal. More specifically, the plate member 44 is formed at a position with a different opening 46 when the direction is changed. Therefore, by combining the direction of the upper-stage plate member 44 with that of the lower-stage plate member 44, an opening ratio can be adjusted in multiple stages, and at the same time piping 54 or the like can be inserted and arranged by removing the plate members 44 and 44.
