To provide a floor structure of a motor truck in which any deburring work of a surface of a wooden floor plate of a cargo bed of the motor truck.
The floor structure of the motor truck has a plurality of metallic transverse joists to constitute a cargo bed and a floor plate formed of a wooden plate arranged thereon, and the floor plate is fastened to the transverse joists by countersunk tapping screws 11. The countersunk tapping screw has a screw part 12 to be screw-coupled with the transverse joist and the floor plate, and a head part 13 which is integrated with the screw part 12 with a surface 15 thereof flat. A wood pressing surface 18 having a tapered surface 18a which plastically deforms a part of the floor plate when screwing the wooden floor plate 2 to the transverse joists is provided on a back side of the head part 13. A notched projection 21 is formed in the wood pressing surface 18.
