Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a resin load-carrying platform of a truck which realizes the evenness of the strength and the lightweight, by making the thickness of the parts of the floor of a load-carrying platform where the floor and main bolsters are formed integrally, at the thickness corresponding to the bending moment operating to the parts.
SOLUTION: In the floor structure 1 of the resin load-carrying platform of a truck having 2-shaft rear axle, the thickness of a floor 3 of the scope D corresponding to the rear axle is made thicker than the other parts E and F, and furthermore, the thickness of the floor 3 in the part of the scope D1 between main bolsters 5 and 5, of the scope D, is made thicker than the part D2. And the scope D is divided into the center of 2 shafts, the center between front and rear shafts, and the center of rear and rear shafts, and the thickness of the scope A of the center of 2 shafts where the bending moment is large is made thicker than the scopes B and C.
