Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of a face material while suppressing the influence of heat on the face material from a steel beam.SOLUTION: A floor structure 1 of a unit type building includes: a steel beam 2; a wooden common joist material 3 that is elongated in a direction orthogonal to an elongation direction of the steel beam 2 and fixed to the steel beam 2; and a face material 4 that is attached to a top surface of the common joist material 3 and that forms a floor surface. The top surface of the common joist material 3 of the floor structure 1 overhangs above a top surface of the steel beam 2.
