Plywood (b) is installed on a floor joist (a) to be formed as a floor base board 2, a porous gypsum board 3 is laminated/fixed on the plywood (b) of the floor base board 2, a high density plate-like body 4 is stretched on the surface so that the joint part is dislocated from a joint part of the porous gypsum board 3, and a ligneous floor finishing material 5 is stretched on the surface so that the joint part is dislocated from a joint part of the hard gypsum board 4 to be formed as a floor structure. Density (a specific gravity) of the porous gypsum board 3 is set to 0.5 to 1.6, desirably, 0.6 to 1.0. Density of the high density plate-like body 4 is set to 1.0 to 1.6, desirably, 1.1 to 1.4 to thereby provide an excellent cutoff effect on light and heavy impact noise as well as to provide excellent fireproof performance and high economical efficiency.
