Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface heater capable of preventing excessive sprinkling of hot water, relatively easy to construct, and capable of ensuring that the temperature of a floor surface can rise to a predetermined temperature by sprinkling the hot water irrespectively of change of the seasons.SOLUTION: A floor surface heater 10 sprinkles hot water that is a mixture of hot water and cold water to a floor surface of a bathroom and heats the floor surface. This floor surface heater 10 comprises: a temperature detector 43 and a flow detector 19 detecting a temperature and a flow volume of the sprinkled hot water, respectively; and a control unit 31 calculating sprinkling time for which a predetermined quantity of heat is applied to the floor surface by sprinkling of the hot water on the basis of detected values of the two detectors 43 and 19, and stopping sprinkling the hot water at the passage of this sprinkling time after starting sprinkling the hot water.
