When the fluorescent material 3 is introduced into the hole 2, there are a method, in which the fluorescent material 3 is solidified and buried and bonded, and a method, in which the liquefied fluorescent material 3 is poured into the hole 2 and solidified and joined. The same color as the floor tile 1 is mixed into the fluorescent material 3, and the fluorescent material 3 can be made inconspicuous when there is a light such as a fluorescent lamp-for example, blue is also mixed with the fluorescent material 3 when the floor material is blue.
