PURPOSE: To increase the inter-layer strength and enhance the quality of a PVC tile by forming it from PVC resin in two or more layers, and inserting a hybride unwoven cloth consisting of glass fiber and PVC fiber between these layers of PVC.

CONSTITUTION: A floor tile is configured with a backing film 1, white series film 2, hybride unwoven cloth 3, print layer film 4, and clear film 5. These backing film 1, white film 2, and print film 4 shall have thicknesses of approx. 2.4, 0.2, and 0.1mm, respectively, and the clear film 5 be made of PVC of 0.3mm thick while the unwoven cloth 3 made of glass fiber and PVC fiber of 50g/m2. The resultant is subjected to 120°C hot press with a pressure of 20kg/cm2 for 5min approximately. Thereby a PVC tile is achieved free from dimensions reduction or warps.
