To prevent looseness of a receiving stand by installing the receiving stand to place a floorboard on a column body installed on a pedestal so that a height can be adjusted, screw-fitting a cap to a tip part of this column body, and fitting an elastic material ring to be brought into close contact with the receiving stand and the column body by being pushed by the cap when the cap is installed, on the outer periphery of the column body.
A floorboard support tool 10 is fixed to a floor surface 13 by an adhesive 22, and a ring body 20 is fitted to and placed on a fitting part 30. Next, a floorboard 11 is placed on a receiving stand 18 by hooking a hooking piece 15 on a ring body 20, and an engaging part 14 is engaged with an engaging part 29 by using this hook as a guide. In this way, after the floorboard 11 is wholly placed, a column body 17 is rotated, and a height of a receiving stand 18 is adjusted. Afterwards, a cap 21 is screwed in the tip of the column body 17, and an elastic ring 19 above a nut 28 is fitted in a recessed groove 32, and is brought into close contact with the column body 17 and the receiving stand 18. Therefore, looseness of the receiving stand can be prevented.
