Title:
FLOPPY DISK DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3678844
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a geared motor with a low power consumption without a timer.
SOLUTION: A transistor 14 is turned on by an ejecting command signal (a) via an FF circuit 11, a NOR circuit 12 and an OR circuit 13, and the geared motor 15 is excited by a Vcc. When a motor M is rotated at a prescribed angle, a built-in switch SW is turned on, and the transistor 14 is continued to be on by an inverter 16 and a chattering shaping circuit 17. When the motor M is further rotated by a prescribed angle, and the built-in switch SW is turned off, the transistor 14 is turned off, and the rotation of the motor M is stopped. When a medium cannot be ejected out even after exciting the motor M for a fixed time, this excitation is cut off by a cut-off timer 18. During a period of exciting the motor M, an on-signal for a spindle motor is turned off by an OR circuit 19.
