Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the thickness of the floppy disk device by equipping a printed circuit board packaged with the highest electric parts in a position where the parts are inserted into a space which is made at the time of opening a shutter of a floopy disk.
CONSTITUTION: The highest electric parts out of packaged electric parts 8 on the printed circuit board 6 are packaged in the position to be inserted into the space of a case 3, made by opening the shutter 2 after loading the floppy disk. By this constitution, the printed circuit board 6 can be disposed to be adjacent to the floppy disk, and hence the thickness of the floppy disk device 10 can be reduced.
