PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow casting film drying device capable of preventing the roughening in the surface of a flow casting film in solution film-making, and a solution film-making method.SOLUTION: The flow casting device of solution film making equipment includes a first flow casting film drying device 31. In the first flow casting film drying device 31, a plurality of ventilation sets 40 are arranged along a conveyer passage. Each ventilation set 40 includes: a pair of aeration units 41 and suction units 42 arranged to directions confronted with an aeration port 41a and a suction port 42a. A dry air fed from the ventilation fan 61 to the aeration unit 41 is fed-out parallel from the aeration port 41 to the running direction of a flow casting band 21. The dry air fed from the ventilation fan 61 is rectified by an aeration rectification part including rectification grades, and, in the flow of the dry gas fed-out from the aeration port 41a, the components vertical to a flow casting film F0 are suppressed.
