Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow cell which can suppress strength reduction, exhibits a high responsibility, and can make a more precise measurement, and to provide an analyzer having the flow cell.SOLUTION: A flow cell 1 includes a tube-like body 11 and a thermocouple 12. The body 11 has an inner space 111 and a plurality of openings 112 in the side wall, through which the inner space 111 connects to the outside. A sample gas enters from at least one of the openings 112 and goes from another opening 112 through the inner space 111. The thermocouple 12 includes two metal lines 121 integrally attached to the body 11, and a junction part 122 of the two metal lines 121 is located near an opening 112 in an upper position of the direction in which the sample gas flows than the position where a center axis line L of the body 11 is located.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
