To provide a flow channel switching mechanism in which sealing performance is improved.
A flow channel switching mechanism 1, which switches a flow direction of a fluid flowing in a flow passage, includes: a switching part 4 which is provided in the flow passage to switch the flow direction of the fluid; a shaft part 3 which is coupled with the switching part 4; a first bearing part 7 which supports the shaft part 3 rotatably; and a seal part 5 which is provided integrally with the shaft part 3 on the outer circumference of the shaft part 3, contacts with the first bearing part 7, and seals between the shaft part 3 and the first bearing part 7. The seal part 5 includes a first pressure receiving part 5a, which receives a force for pressing the seal part to the first bearing part 7 side from the fluid.
