PURPOSE: To produce a collected flow effective for torque with high collecting rate for flows in all directions, by making the horizontal cross-section of flow collector board in wind/water wheel with lines connecting between the cross points of easch imaginary line for splitting two imaginary coaxial circles into equal n sections.
CONSTITUTION: An inside imaginary circle (a), intermediate imaginary circle (b) and outside imaginary circle (c) are described around the shaft 1 of rotary blade 2 of wind/water wheel then said circles (a), (b) are divided into equal n sections. Assuming the cross points between said circle (a) and dividing lines are P1, P2... Pn while those with said circle (b) are Q1, Q2...Qn, the section upto said circle (c) on the extended lines of P1Q2, P2Q3...PnQ1 is employed as the horizontal cross-section of flow collector board 4 to provide n sheets of such flow collecting boards 4 extending vertically. The radius of each imaginary circle may be properly defined while the lateral cross-section of said board may be curved. With such arrangement, advantageous torque can be produced for flow in any direction.
