Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rangeability of a flow rate control to be improved in a turbine type flow rate controller.SOLUTION: A flow rate controller (1) according to the present invention comprises: a generator (16) for generating power by rotation of a turbine (160) which receives a fluid and rotates; a stationary blade (17) comprising a substrate (170) which is arranged coaxially with the turbine, and a plurality of blades (171) extending on the substrate, in a direction orthogonal to an axis (P) of the substrate and having main surfaces (171b) receiving the fluid; a flow rate estimation part (131) for estimating a flow rate of the fluid based on angular velocity (ω) of the turbine, a torque (T) of the generator, and a pitch angle (Agv) formed between the main surfaces of the blades and a plane orthogonal to the axis of the substrate; and control parts (132, 14, 15) for controlling the torque of the generator so that a flow (Qz) estimated by the flow estimation part matches a set flow (Q) of the fluid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
