Abstract:
To provide a flow rate control method and device for controlling a flow rate without using any flow rate sensor.
In this flow rate control method and device, since there exists in a closed tank correlation between the liquid surface height and an in-tank pressure, the relational expression of the liquid surface height/in-tank pressure for making constant a liquid flow rate from a delivery nozzle is calculated, and an air pressure in the closed tank is controlled based on the relational expression of the liquid surface height/in-tank pressure in a status that the liquid is sealed in the closed tank, and a delivery flow rate from the delivery nozzle is controlled.
