To prevent metal contamination of a fluid generated by mechanical sliding of metal by composing a driving means so as to drive a valve element housed in a housing part by magnetic force arranged on an outside.
A control valve 5 is formed in such a constitution that a valve element 57 is sealed and housed in a housing part in fluid-sealing relation, the valve element 57 is magnetically connected and driven by a ring magnet 68 installed on a movable body 66 arranged on the outside of a seal member 51b. Namely, a ball screw 65 is rotated and driven by the driving source 63 of a driving mechanism 62 for driving the valve element 57 vertically, and thereby, the movable body 66 provided with a magnet 68 on a lower end side is moved vertically. Since the magnet 68 and a magnet 61 built in the valve body 57 are installed so as to install magnetic poles in a direction reverse to each other, attraction is applied between both magnets 68, 61. A shaft 69 for guiding vertical movement of the variable body 66 and for stopping rotation at the time of vertical movement of the movable body 66, is arranged on the lower side of the driving source 63 downward.
