Abstract:
To provide a flow rate control valve having a valve port forming member which is excellent in slide performance over a high-temperature area from a low-temperature area compared with the case where the valve port forming member is not constituted of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) which is blended with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), a flow rate control three-way valve and a temperature control device.SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve comprises: a valve main body 6 having a valve seat 8 composed of a columnar void in which a cross-section rectangular valve port in which flow circulates is formed; a valve port forming member attached to the valve main body, and forming the valve port; a cylindrical valve body rotatably arranged in the valve seat of the valve main body, and formed with an opening part for switching a state of the valve port to an opening/closing state; and drive means for rotationally driving the valve body. The valve port forming member is constituted of polyetheretherketone (PEEK) which is blended with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
