To provide a flow control valve allowing a position of a differential screw to be easily locked without displacing the adjusted position of a valve element.
In this flow control valve 1, operation members 11 and 13 connected to a valve element 8 coming in contact with or separating from a valve seat 7 between a first port 5 and a second port 6 are movably inserted into a cover 4, and energized by an energizing member 16 in the direction of the valve seat, and a differential screw is used to adjust the positions of the operation members 11 and 13, thereby adjusting the position of the valve element 8. In the valve, a rotation member 21 for applying a rotating force to the differential screw is slidably installed on the cover 4 along the moving direction of the operation members 11 and 13 without rotation. The rotation member 21 is provided with a lock part 25 non-rotatably engaged with the cover 4 when the rotation member is slid along the moving direction of the operation members 11 and 13.
