Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure reliability in opening valve of a flow control valve in which an inflow opening is crossed in respect to an operation direction of a valve member.SOLUTION: There are provided a valve member chamber storing a valve member contacted with a valve seat forming an opening peripheral edge of a fluid inflow chamber and a coil spring for biasing said valve member toward the valve seat side; a fluid outflow chamber partitioned against the fluid inflow chamber by the valve member; and an inflow port having the inflow opening to guide fluid into the fluid inflow chamber crossed in respect to an operation direction of the valve member. Then, at least one of the valve member and the valve member chamber associates a value of spring load of a coil spring present in a peripheral direction of the spring with a value of a valve opening force that the inflow fluid flowed into the fluid inflow chamber through an inflow opening acts against the valve opening side at the valve member around an axis of a movable shaft, by defining a fixed position of the spring end part of the coil spring around an axis of the movable shaft of the valve member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
