Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control valve capable of instantaneously and securely cutting a flow passage with a valve element in an emergency requiring an emergency cut of the flow passage during the time when the flow passage is opened and during the pressure control, and capable of improving the working efficiency while continuing the work performed before the emergency is generated after the normal operation is recovered.
SOLUTION: In the normal operation, a valve element operating member 25 and a valve element 15 are operated by a cross slider clank mechanism having an actuator 80, a stepping motor 65, an eccentric cam 60, and a slider 51 through an emergency cutoff mechanism 83, and a hole 12 of a valve seat 11 of a valve body 1 is opened or closed by the valve element 15. During the time when a flow passage 14 is opened, or during the pressure control, when an emergency is generated, independently of a degree of opening the flow passage, the emergency cutoff mechanism 83 releases the interlock operation of the actuator with the valve element operating member 25 so as to operate the valve element operating member 25 and the valve element 15, and the hole 12 of the valve seat 11 is cut off by the valve element 15.
