Abstract:
A fluid control valve is provided which can secure an accurate valve-closed position of a valve body and secure a stable flow rate when controlling a low flow rate without closing a suction port in the valve-closed state. The fluid control valve includes a valve body 102 and an energizing member 122. The valve body 102 is engaged with one end of a rotating shaft 106 and moves along an axial direction of the rotating shaft based on rotation of the rotating shaft. Consequently, the valve body opens and closes a first opening 110 by the outer periphery, and one end comes into contact with and separates from a second opening 118. The energizing member 122 energizes the valve body 102 on another end side of the rotating shaft 106. An abutting portion 115 abutting on the second opening 118 and a flow passage 117 in which a fluid flows are provided at the one end of the valve body 102 in the case where the first opening 110 is fully closed. Therefore, since an accurate valve-closed position of the valve body 102 can be secured, and a fluid flows in the flow passage 117, when a low flow rate is controlled, a stable flow rate can be secured without closing the second opening 118 which is a suction port in a valve-closed position.
