Abstract:
To provide a flow rate regulation valve which can effectively reduce noise (fluid passage sound) when fluid flows to a valve chamber from a valve port while minimizing as much as possible a variation of a flow rate in a position in which valve body lift amount which is considered to be in a full-open state in terms of control is 100%.SOLUTION: A flow rate regulation valve comprises a valve body in which a valve port having a valve seat is formed, and a needle-type valve body for changing a flow rate of fluid according to a lift amount from the valve seat. The valve seat has an adhesion contact face part adhering to and contacting with the valve seat, a curved face part for obtaining a flow rate characteristic of an equal percent characteristic, and a conical tapered face part. When setting an effective valve port area of the valve port as S1, an area of an opening which is variable according to the lift amount of the valve body having a circular disc shape or a conical band shape which is formed of the shortest distance between an external peripheral face of the valve body and the valve port as S2, and the valve body lift amount which is considered to be in a full-open state in terms of control as 100%, a dimensional shape of each part is set so as to satisfy S1≤S2 within a specified region in which the valve body lift amount is not higher than 100% (the valve body lift amount is 80 to 100%).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
