Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent leakage at the time of closing of a valve completely, by constituting that a valve seat ring is depressed by a spring inserted between a valve support and a valve body, a valve operating shaft is actuated and the valve body is made to travel so that a flow duct is crossed by the valve body as well. CONSTITUTION:A valve support 3a is rotated so as to cross a flow duct in a valve chamber through a rotation of a valve operating shaft 5, through which a valve body 3b is rotated. Then, the valve body 3b is so constituted that the flow duct is opened when it is rotated in an A direction, and on the contrary the flow duct is closed when it is rotated in a B direction. The valve body 3b and the valve support 3a are made of superior heatproof plastics, such as 66 nylon and polyester. A valve seat ring 4 is made of heatproof rubber, surface of which is provided with a lip 4a through which seal effect is improved.
