Title:
FLOW CONTROL VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS579384
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent eccentricity from occurring in a piston at the time of its displacement, and to obtain stable rate of flow in a flow control of which piston and guide walls are made short in length, by providing diaphragms to the outer circumference of the piston in the lower part. CONSTITUTION:The piston 3 is attracted up to its maximum, when the electrical current flowing in the electromagnetic coil 6 is gradually increased to come up to the maximum current. As a result, the flowing area by the large flowing port 9 as well as by the small flowing port 8 comes up to the maximum, and large amount of fluid flows out. On the other hand, when the coil current does not flow, rubber packings 10 fixed to the piston 3 and the projections in the upper part of the guide inside walls 2 are contacted tightly with each other, preventing eccentricity by the pushing pressure of a spring 7 and the attracting force of the diaphragms 12 in the lower part. Therefore, the flow of fluid of cut-off.
