To improve the property (linear property) of part shown by an approximately primary straight line of the flow-out amount of fluid in flow-out amount variation (flow control) by utilizing the original rotating property of an impeller flow amount sensor in a linear flow amount region for flow control.
All or part of a flow amount detector 46 of the impeller flow amount sensor 40 consisting of a front stage straightening vane 42, a rotary vane 44 and a rear stage straightening vane 45 is stored in an inner peripheral portion of a hollow shaft 25 inserted into a valve body 21 of a flow control valve 20 and having a wedge hole 26. Thus, as a result of pressure increased by the straightening effect of the flow amount detector 46, there is no swirl or cavitation due to pressure drop between a flow-out port 12 of a solenoid feed water valve 10 and the inner peripheral portion of the shaft 25, suppressing an increase (a reduction) in the rotation of the rotary vane 44.
