Abstract:
To easily and compactly configure a self-power generation type flow information communication device capable of transmitting information on a flowing state of fluid without needing an external power source.SOLUTION: A battery 32 is charged on the basis of an output current Ia generated by a power generator 12 due to the flow of fluid discharged from a faucet 16, and is used as a power source of a control device 20 and an Internet connection device 30. On the other hand, a flowing state of the fluid is detected on the basis of an output signal from the power generator 12, and is transmitted to an information reception device 34 through the Internet connection device 30. Therefore, information on the flowing state of the fluid can be detected and transmitted without needing an external power source, and power line arrangement and battery replacement are made unnecessary or reduced. Also, a flow information communication device 10 is configured in a simple and compact manner because the battery 32 is charged and a flowing state is detected on the basis of the output current Ia generated by the power generator 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
