A measurement channel body 15 is included in a measuring part 1 connected with a fluid supply passage 3 on its upstream side and with a fluid outflow passage 5 on its downstream side, an ultrasonic wave transducer for measuring a flow velocity of the fluid flowing in the measurement channel body, and a calculating means 21 for calculating the amount of the fluid flowing in the measurement channel body based on the output of the flow speed detecting means are respectively mounted, and the measurement channel body 15 is given a structure which is separated from the measuring part 1. Accordingly, the measurement channel body 15 can be independently handled.
