Abstract:
To provide a flow meter that is able to measure a flow rate with stable measurement accuracy in a simple configuration and to provide a fixed quantity supply device.SOLUTION: A flow meter comprises: an output shaft 13; a rotor 15 fixed to one end of the output shaft 13, the rotor 15 having a plurality of vane grooves 25; a plurality of vanes 16 that fit in the vane grooves 25 of the rotor 15 so as to freely move along the vane grooves 25; and a casing 14 to which one end of the output shaft 13 is inserted, the output shaft 13 being supported so as to freely rotate around a longitudinal axis 51, the casing accommodating the rotor 15 and each vane 16 and having an accommodating space 33, a supply port 18, and an exhaust port 19. Each vane 16 is supported so as to be slidable in a rotating direction D by pressure supplied for a transfer object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
