To provide a change-over valve for sending cooling medium to be introduced into an indoor heat exchanger in the same direction in either case of a heating/dehumidifying operation mode and a cooling/dehumidifying operation mode, in which seating/separating action of a main valve is smoothly performed using pressure of cooling medium.
Pressure equalizing holes 14 and 15 are formed in guide passages 11 and 12 in the main valve 1, and a stopper part 16 is formed. An auxiliary valve 4 is rotated to control opening/closing of the pressure equalizing holes 14 and 15 by slide surfaces 41 and 42. The guide passage on the high pressure side is sealed from a valve chest to separate the main valve 1 from a valve seat, the auxiliary valve 4 is rotated, and the main valve 1 is rotated with the stopper part 16. The guide passage on the high pressure side is leveled to the valve chest, and the main valve 1 is seated to the valve seat.
