Abstract:
To suppress outflow of air bubbles from filters in the filters disposed in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A flow passage member comprises: a circulation flow passage for circulating liquid; and a filter part which is disposed in the circulation flow passage so as to intersect with a horizontal direction and is for collecting air bubbles. The filter part has a plurality of filters including a first filter 41 disposed at the most upstream side and a second filter 42 which is disposed at a downstream side of the first filter and has higher filtration performance than that of the first filter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
