Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate pulse generator with high versatility, which can be attached to each gas meter having a different shape.SOLUTION: The flow rate pulse generator 3 is attached to an existing gas meter, detects rotation of a silver wire attached to one display digit of a counter display part of the gas meter by an optical sensor and outputs a flow rate pulse. The flow rate pulse generator 3 includes a body case 31 in which the optical sensor is included and a meter attachment part 32 attached to the rear of the body case 31. To the meter attachment part 32, a clamp mechanism 50 allowed to be attached to a counter display part 21 A of a compact gas meter 2 A and a fastening band 60 allowed to be attached to the counter display part 21 A of a large gas meter 2B are respectively detachably attached. By using one of these units, the flow rate pulse generator 3 can be attached to a gas meter of a different shape, so that the versatility of the flow rate pulse generator 3 can be improved.
