Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate adjusting valve utilizing a DC motor in which use of a thermal expansion fluid and a diaphragm and the like is eliminated, and proportional control is assured to further improve flow rate adjustment performance and durability.
SOLUTION: There are provided a valve housing 21 where an inflow port and a discharge port are formed on opposite sides to form a guide space communicated with the inflow port and the discharge port therein, a spool 22 coupled with the guide space of the valve housing 21 freely to ascend and descend for adjusting the degree of opening of the discharge outlet, a spool guide 23 accommodated in an upper portion of the guide space for forcing a liquid refrigerant to pass through to a lower side while ascending/descending together with the spool 22, resilience means 24 for resiliently supporting the spool guide 23 in one direction, sealing means 25 coupled with a lower portion of the valve housing while surrounding the spool for preventing the fluid refrigerant from leaking, and driving means 41, 42, 43, 44 including a DC 31 motor for ascending/ descending the spool.
