Abstract:
To accurately detect an estimated flow rate by a dynamic fixed volume method.SOLUTION: A flow rate calculation system comprising a container in which a fluid is caused to flow, an inflow line in which a fluid is caused to flow into the container, and a pressure sensor that detects pressure in the container, includes: a pressure change data storage unit that stores pressure change data indicating a time change of pressure detected by the pressure sensor, during an inflow period from when a fluid is caused to flow into the container from the inflow line to when the inflow of the fluid into the container is stopped; a flow rate calculation unit that, based on a change rate of pressure, calculated from the pressure change data, calculates an estimated flow rate of the fluid estimated to have been flowing in the inflow line during the inflow period; and a flow rate correction unit that, based on first pressure detected by the pressure sensor after passage of a predetermined time following the stop of inflow of the fluid into the container and second pressure higher than the first pressure included in the pressure change data, corrects the estimated flow rate calculated by the flow rate calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
