Abstract:
PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of an outflow side highly accurately by a method wherein an oil pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of a flowrate choking path is converted into an electric flow rate signal and the indicating signal of an objective flow rate is corrected into a direction by the electric flow rate signal so that both of the signals become zero. CONSTITUTION:The objective flow rate signal, given in the form of an input signal, and an outflow rate signal, detected in the form of an output signal, are compared in a comparator 21, and a force motor 23 is driven by a difference signal, outputted by the comparator, as the input signal. A flow rate control valve 26 controls the flow rate from a pressure oil inflow side to a pressure oil outflow side by the force motor 23. The flow rate choking path 34 is provided in a path 33 at the pressure oil outflow side of the flow rate control valve 26 while a pressure difference detector 38, detecting the oil pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of the flow rate choking path 34, and a pressure difference/flow rate converter 40, converting the pressure difference detecting signal into the flow rate signal and outputting it to said comparator 21, are provided in the path 34.
