Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify an external shape to facilitate fitting and to set a flow rate in a wide area by superposably arranging a spool and a piston inside/ outside of the sleeve part of a body to form a variable orifice part. CONSTITUTION:When making liquid to flow from an inlet port 11a, it flows into an annular clearance through the orifice part 10 from the inside peripheral of an inside sleeve 2 and flows out to an outlet port 11b through a throttle part 6. At the time, inlet pressure is applied to the left end of the spool 5 and intermediate pressure after passing the orifice part 10 is applied to the right end of that. In this case, if the pressure area of the spool 5 is set with the dimensions of inside/outside diameters, the hydraulic energizing force of F1 is applied to the spool 5 to complete spring force F2. Consequently, if F2 is set to be fixed, F1 is always controlled to be fixed and the flow rate flowing out to the outlet port 11b can be kept constant. Besides, as the opening of the orifice part 10 can optionally by changed in accordance with the position of the piston 8, the flow rate can be set in a wide area.
