Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exclude mutual interference between branch pipe systems, to perform stable control, and to reduce the loss of power by providing an intensive control mechanism with a total flow rate adjustment part and a flow rate distribution adjustment part for controlling sent amount distribution to two trains of processors. CONSTITUTION:The intensive control mechanism 25 which grasps a fluid piping system entirely and performs flow rate control is provided with the total flow rate adjustment part 26 which controls the total flow rate of all sent flow rates and the flow rate distribution adjustment part 28 which controls set amount distribution to two trains of processors 17A and 27B. Process detectors 19A and 29B detect the quantities of process state of the processors 27A and 27B and process setters 30A and 30B decide on the set values of the quantities of process state. Process controllers 31A and 31B compare the detected quantities of process state with the set values to calculate the flow rate of sent fluid necessary to equalize the quantities of process state to the set values, sending the set values Qa and Qb of the sent flow rate to the mechanism 25. Consequently, mutual interference between branch pipe systems is excluded to perform stable control, reducing the loss of power.
