Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a flow rate discriminating device which can discriminate a change in flow rate even when the flow rate continuously increases or decreases by a small amount by discriminating the difference between a flow rate sent from a flow rate measuring means and flow rate stored in an all individual flow rate storing means as a change in flow rate. CONSTITUTION:This flow rate discriminating device is constituted of a flow rate measuring means 4 which measures the flow rate of a fluid, all individual flow rate storing means 21, and flow rate change discriminating means 5 which discriminates that a change occurs in the flow rate and outputs a signal when the difference between a measured flow rate sent from the means 4 and flow rate stored in the means 21 becomes larger than the product of a change discriminating reference value and the measured flow rate sent from the means 4. Therefore, the discriminating means can discriminate a change in flow rate even when the flow rate continuously increases or decreases by a small amount.
