Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability and reliability of the sealed part against a gasoline component in a measuring object fluid by sealing an installing plate inserting groove of a casing by using a fluorine type seal material. SOLUTION: A part of a flow rate detecting element 24 for detecting a suction air flow rate of an engine is extended in a circuit housing part 14 from the installing plate inserting groove 16 of the casing 11, and is connected to a circuit board 23. The inside of the circuit housing part 14 is provided with a silicon filler 26 for covering the circuit board 23, and the fluorine type seal material 27 for sealing the installing plate inserting groove 16. Thus, for example, even when the gasoline component is included in suction air, the inside of the circuit housing part 14 can be stably cut off from the suction air by the fluorine type seal material 27 so that the silicon filler 26 can be prevented from deteriorating and melting out of the gasoline component.
