Abstract:
PURPOSE:To absorb dislocation of the axis of valve sleeve with respect to the valve body, by furnishing sleeve movably in the valve body, fitting a valve spool slidably in the bore of this sleeve, and thereby facilitating high precision processing of valve sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The bore 2A of a sleeve 2 can be machined in high accuracy by a lathe etc. while the bore 1A of the valve body 1 is not required to process with precision. Dislocation of the axis of valve spool 3 with respect to the body 1 can be absorbed by forming a gap 9 between the sleeve 2 and the bore of valve body 1. A gap (t) formed axially between the sleeve 2 and valve body 1 will absorb the thermal expansion of sleeve 2 in the axial direction, and the sleeve 2 is pressed by a spring 13 to the valve body uni-directionally in the axial direction, so that any external force will not cause undesired movement to provide unchanged degree of opening of the outgoing passage 8.
