Title:
FLOW STREAM SPLITTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0811158
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To mold a multilayer substantially rigid synthetic resin parison by incorporating a portion for splitting at a splitting point in an apparatus at each flow channel, and splitting the outlet into a substantially equal length at the point.

CONSTITUTION: Axial ends 715, 716, 717, 718 and 720 of channels 220, 222, 257 and 258 are brought into contact with upstream side of splitting points 342A, 342B, 342E and 342D to become a composite angle to the points. As a result, the upstream point of the channel such as, for example, a crossing angle between the axial end 715 of the channel 222 and the splitting channel of a downstream of the point, or a hole for forming the splitting channel (outlet) 700 of the channel 222 is substantially the same as the crossing angle with the hole for forming the channel (outlet) 701 of the channel 222 but is not equal. Thus, a small deviation occurs at the flow of the point, and hence a downstream side channel crossed with the large angle with the channel of the upstream is advantageous.
