Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow channel switch valve reduced in pressure loss and having high responsiveness.SOLUTION: A flow channel switch valve includes a main valve 5 including a main valve housing 10 and a main valve element 20 rotatably disposed in the main valve housing 10, and a hydraulic type actuator 7 for rotating the main valve element 20, and the flow channel is switched by rotating the main valve element 20. The actuator 7 has a main body portion 50 provided with an operation chamber 55 to which a high-pressure fluid supplied to the main valve 5 is introduced, and a motion converting mechanism 58 for converting a reciprocation linear motion into a rotary motion in both forward and backward directions by utilizing a pressure of the high-pressure fluid, is disposed in the main body portion 50. The motion converting mechanism 58 includes a pressure-reception moving body 60, a rotary driving body 65, balls 72 disposed therebetween, their accommodating portions 74, and spiral grooves 75.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
