To drastically expand the freedom of design by making a holder body capable of being inclined at an arbitrary angle to a leg body, and enhancing the easiness and efficiency of arrangement to present a natural curvature.

A flower arrangement holder 1 has a leg body 3 of cross section having an approximately cross form jointed to the lower end of a tubular or similar flower arrangement holder body 2 with a bottom 10 at a lower part. Also, the holder body 2 and the leg body 3 are divided so as to have a slope relative to the axial center line of the body 2, and jointed to each other so as to be capable of relatively rotating, with the divided edges 6 and 7 abutted. Furthermore, circular flanges 8 and 9 are formed along the peripheries of the divided edges 6 and 7, and the peripheries of the flanges 8 and 9 are jointed to each other like an envelope via a jointing ring 4 of approximately U-shaped cross section with the inner side open. In addition, the circular flange 8 is formed to be rotatable to the jointing ring 4.
