In addition, supporting arm parts 5 which are constantly urged to the outside to the water receiving part 3 by an elastic body are formed and are elastically fitted to the leg parts 2B of the flower pot receiver 2 by the urging force of the elastic body, so that the water receiving part 3 becomes suspended in its erect arrangement.
