The lignite corresponding to a desired pattern is pressed into the clay 2 so as to be exposed outside at its surface when creating the original form material 1, and the original form material 1 is subjected to biscuit firing so as to burn/eliminate the lignite to form air gaps 24 corresponding to the pattern at the surface of the original form material 1, and the air gaps are colored with paints.
