PURPOSE: To prevent the falling-down of a flower pot, to improve the workability for the fitting of the main body of the pot to a receiving pan and the attaching of a water-feeding cloth, etc., and to prevent the root-rot of the plant and the withering of the plant caused by deficient supply of water.

CONSTITUTION: Protrusion pieces are placed along the circumferential edge of the bottom of a flower pot main body 2 at regular intervals. Each protrusion piece has an outside protrusion piece and an inside protrusion piece opposite to the outside piece. The inside protrusion piece is connected to the outside protrusion piece with a linking piece. The outer edge of the linking piece is used as a guiding inclined edge. A rectangular insertion hole is opened at the center of the bottom. The opposite long sides of the rectangular hole are provided with engaging notches with distance narrower than the width of a water- feeding cloth dangled from the bottom of the main body 2. An attaching hole to attach the water-feeding cloth is surrounded by a suspended cylindrical part having a length and a diameter selected to keep the length of the water-feeding cloth to be smaller than the length of a line connecting the center of the attaching hole, the lower end of the cylinder and the tip of a lip piece.
